Molding Solutions, Inc. History

Molding Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2016 by Tom Wallace and two partners. They acquired Advanced Molding Solutions, established in 2000 in Grand Haven, Michigan, and rebranded it.

In 2018, Jon Riley joined the ownership group. Rick Eustice joined in 2021. That same year, the team acquired Seabrook Plastics, Inc., founded in 1994 in Norton Shores, Michigan. This acquisition expanded Molding Solutions’ capabilities.

In 2022, the team acquired SAC Plastics, founded in 1958 in Spring Lake, Michigan. This facility became the company’s corporate headquarters.

In 2023, the leadership team acquired IVP Plastics and rebranded it as Illinois Valley Technologies. Founded in 1953, IVT is based in Washington, Illinois. It’s now our largest facility, covering 50,000 square feet.

Today, Molding Solutions  Inc. operates four locations: Advanced Molding Solutions, Seabrook Plastics, and SAC Plastics in West Michigan, and Illinois Valley Technologies in Illinois. These facilities cover 135,000 square feet, house 68 injection molding machines, and employ over 190 team members. We proudly serve clients nationwide, offering top-quality products and exceptional service.

Molding Solutions Inc.’s history is something we take great pride in. Over the past few years, our expansion has allowed us to enhance our capabilities, helping our clients gain a competitive edge.
